TERMS OF USE/RENTAL AGREEMENT

1 - A refundable deposit of $500 is due at the time of the reservation for the house. The deposit will be refunded via check, money order or cash after a through check out inspection.

 

2 – The weekly rental rate is $1600 per week and is due at least 60 prior to your reservation date. The 9% NH tax is included. If the TOTAL rental amount is not paid within 60 days of your arrival date, your reservation will be canceled and your deposit refunded.

 

3 -  To cancel your reservation for any reason the following time lines will be followed (cancelation policy):

(15 days or more) – you will be refunded 100% of all money.

(15 days or less) – you will be refunded your $1600 weekly rental fee, but NOT the $500 security deposit.

 

4 – No more than six people shall sleep at the house

 

5 – No PETS

 

6 – No Smoking

 

7 – Please put the trashcans and/or the recycling cans out on the curb before 8am Tuesday and Thursday.

 

8 - Any Damaged, Broken, or Missing items from the house will be deducted from your deposit.

 

9 – Please make sure to lock the bikes up after use in the basement or to the fence in the backyard.

 

10 – I am not responsible for any injuries that could occur while your at my house. This includes riding the bikes.

 

11 – If your going to use the BBQ grill, please pull it away from the house so it doesn’t burn or melt the siding.

 

12 – You can use the wireless Internet, cable tv and phone. If you order movies, fine, just let me know so I can charge you. The internet password is “ !Hampton*03842”

 

13 – Parking: you can park in the two spots labeled “1” behind the house. Additionally, you can park in front of the house on the street/sidewalk for up to 10 minutes to load and unload. There is also paid parking on the boulevard. Please do not use any other spaces – you will be towed.

 

14 - The House Must be cleaned PRIOR to 11am check out time. A $100.00 Cleaning Fee will deducted from your deposit if the house is not cleaned to a satisfactory level. All the cleaning products are provided. Please put the any used sheets or towels in the washing machine before your checkout.

 

15 - Please take care of the house and report any problems so it can continue to be a relaxing escape for all to enjoy. Do not hesitate to call me for anything.

Both the owner and renter acknowledge this as the official rental agreement for the beach house at 417 Ocean Blvd #1 Hampton, NH 03842.
